Saurabh Sinha

Saurabh Sinha brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across public technology companies and high-growth private businesses, spanning the semiconductor, enterprise software, telecommunications, and automotive technology sectors. He has extensive experience partnering with executive leadership teams and boards to scale organizations, strengthen governance, execute strategic transactions, and create long-term shareholder value. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Aeva Technologies, where he led the company’s finance organization through its transition to the public markets.

Prior to Aeva, Saurabh held senior finance leadership roles at InvenSense, Symmetricom, ShoreTel, and JUUL Labs. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
